Current Coulee Bicycle Co Procedures

Our current policy is as follows:  Only employees are allowed inside the store.  We feel it is necessary to keep our sales floor closed at this time.  Our objective is to provide a safe environment to drop off and pick up repairs.  Please support us by shopping our website or emailing.  Front door pick up is allowed.

Service Process

We are accepting repairs and service.  We ask you to pre-fill this form and drop the bike off at the scheduled time.  We will be there to answer questions, but are limiting direct contact.  This form is very helpful to us.

New Bike Inquiries

At a time of limited contact, we are developing a system to minimize interaction while providing the personal service we are known for.  Much like our service form the process starts with you filling out this questionnaire.  After you submit this form, we will contact you to discuss scheduling test rides and and arrange picking up your new bike.

Online Shopping

Our website allows researching our products as well as ordering and payment.  You can choose store pick up, or home delivery.  This is a new system for us, please be patient.  Please email us as you are browsing, we are glad to answer questions
