Nestled in the heart of Tarrazú, Costa Rica’s most famous coffee-producing region, Coopedota boasts just over 900 members and is widely known as one of the country’s top cooperatives. We've been sourcing from Coopedota since 2007 for our Campeón Session Coffee™ and are excited to offer this limited Seasonal selection made up of our favorite micro-lots. Named after the town of Santa María de Dota where the cooperative is based, Flor de Santa María represents the best of this year’s crop. We love its crisp, well-balanced flavors of citrus, cranberry, and green apple complemented by a juicy acidity. ¡Pura vida!
